1. Delivery Destinations
Guerrieri Limited ships orders worldwide.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong) after payment confirmation is received. This is the time required to prepare your order for shipment.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a standard shipping method as below:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most common method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

    • Hong Kong & Macao : 1 to 2 business days

    • Asia & Oceania : 5 to 10 business days

    • European Union : 10 to 15 business days

The times indicated are estimates from the date of shipment (after the processing time). They are not guarantees and may be affected by events beyond our control (customs delays, weather conditions, carrier network disruptions).

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight, and selected method.

  • For local deliveries to Hong Kong & Macao, Standard Shipping costs are free.

  • For international deliveries, costs are automatically calculated by our system based on carrier rates.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress via our partner carrier's website.

6. Taxes and Customs Duties

  • For Hong Kong & Macao: Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of all taxes. No additional taxes are due.

  • For International Deliveries:

    • Singapore : For orders shipped to Singapore, the GST is collected at source at the time of purchase. No additional fees should be due upon delivery.

    • European Union: For orders shipped to the EU, VAT is generally collected at source at the time of purchase (IOSS system). Normally, no additional fees should be due upon delivery.

    • United States, Canada, and other countries: Prices do not include any potential customs duties, local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), or clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Guerrieri Limited has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount. We disclaim all liability regarding the payment of these taxes.

7. Delivery Issues
In case of significant delay, damaged package upon receipt, or non-receipt when tracking indicates delivery, you must contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@guerrieribrand.com. Please retain the original packaging and provide a photo of the damaged package if applicable. We will investigate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Policy Update
Guerrieri Limited reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The policy applicable to your order is the one in force at the time you place your order.
